This is the first post on my new blog. I’m just getting this new blog going, so stay tuned for more. Here we go.

Now is the time to start. Now is also the place to start. The word “now” in Sanskrit is “Atha”. Now is the most auspicious moment. The moment that has already passed will not come back; No matter how much we weep or wail for it. The moment that has not come will not come by till it is destined to. Hence “now” is the most important time. It is a gift that we are given. That is why it is called “Present”. The present moment is something that we have control on. Hence it is also considered “auspicious”. Auspiciousness is also denoted by the word “Atha” in Sanskrit.

Now Yoga. Here is the experiential understanding of Yoga. It has to be experienced and it has to be experienced now.
